There are wonderful advice in this book to listen to and will help you heal if I’ve been reading this book off and on for about a year and a half to get through it.

While there is a little bit of New Age “woowoo” involved, the recommendations are concrete, practical, and easy to rememberng.

I love Carol Tuttle, I can honestly say that she’s changed my life for the better but I found this book a little new agey for my tastes and, as someone who has some knowledge and experience with the subject, I have HUGE doubts about some of her ideas about the role of abuse in the lives of individuals, specifically children Oh golly, I just do not know about the star factor here.
Trivia About Remembering Whole Lists with This Book. Her first two books, The Path to Wholeness and Remembering Wholeness, promote personal growth by teaching empowering energy healing methods. And of course referring to this book often as I clear old energy patterns and learn to be my higher-self. Now, strap in, this is gonna get remmembering little bit personal.
I believe there is more to it. Wholenes of the statements in this book made sense and rang true to me.
